Nominee or manager-of-record service puts a professional name on specified public-facing documents of a Wyoming entity instead of yours. The beneficial owner remains the beneficial owner. The appointment is written down. It can be unwound. That is the whole product.

What Wyoming already does for you

Wyoming does not list LLC members or managers in its ordinary public entity record. A name already stays off a permanently indexed, broker-scraped state website. Nominee service is for the documents that still circulate: a lease, a vendor packet, a manager line in an operating agreement that will be shown to a third party. It is a complement to that quiet SOS record, not a substitute for it.

What it is not

It is not anonymity. Banks, the IRS, and any court with jurisdiction still require accurate ownership information. We will not take an engagement whose purpose is to make a beneficial owner disappear. We will not sign debt. We will not sign tax returns. We will not pretend to run the business.
