Why a professional firm uses a corporate-services company at all
Most CPAs and advisors do not want to be the registered agent of record. The statutory job is accepting service of process at a physical address in the state of formation, during business hours, and getting that document to the client in time. Miss it and the client has a default judgment problem that lands back on the advisor who “handled the company.”
The cheap national agents will take that filing. They will not sit across from the original J.C. Penney mother store in Kemmerer and pick up the phone when you call about a specific client. That is the difference we sell to professional firms, not a cheaper Articles stamp.

We do not prepare tax returns, do not give legal advice, and do not compete with you for the advisory relationship. When a matter needs an attorney licensed in California, Wyoming, or Montana, we refer to the independent firm Tresp, Day & Associates, Inc., or to counsel you designate.
How the relationship works
You remain the client’s advisor. We remain the registered agent and the filing desk. Typical pattern:
- You introduce the client, or you engage us in the firm’s name.
- We form or transfer the entity, put the registered agent on record, and enroll compliance.
- You get copies of what we file. The client gets a person in Kemmerer if something arrives.
- Annual reports, mail, and registered-office questions stop living in your inbox.
We can invoice the firm or the underlying client. We can keep your name off the public record or put it on, as the engagement requires. We will not surprise a client you introduced with a competing advisory pitch.
Advisor pricing
Published catalog prices on /order apply to direct clients. Firm-level relationships, multi-entity blocks, and white-label arrangements are priced by engagement. That is not a hedge: the work is the same filings, the coordination is not, and we will not publish a number that then fails to match a 40-entity family office.

Do you white-label registered agent service for CPA firms?
Yes. We act as registered agent and run compliance while you keep the client relationship. We can invoice the firm or the underlying client, and we will not pitch advisory work to clients you introduce.
Is there a published CPA discount?

Will you prepare tax returns or give legal advice?
No. Tresp Corporate Services is not a law firm and is not a CPA firm. We form entities, serve as registered agent, and keep them in good standing.
Which states do you cover?
Registered agent and compliance are available in all 50 states. Wyoming and California are the home jurisdictions where we also handle entity formation directly.
